In the Kitchen
I LOVE to bake and cook (in that order). I have been watching a cooking show called The Great British Menu on Prime Video. Some of you will recognize Prue Heath from the Great British Baking Show as the judge. The show’s premise is that top British chefs (many of whom have at least one Michelin Star) compete to prepare a single dish such as an appetizer, main entrée or dessert for a national banquet. While some of the food is too eclectic for my taste (quail, rabbit, etc.), I enjoy seeing the flavor combinations and how beautiful the presentation is. This show has helped me up my game, see some of my latest creations below!
