Quarantine Baking

I LOVE to bake as it allows me to be creative and relax at the same time. (Yes, relaxing to me means doing something!)  Scroll down to see some of the yummy treats I have been baking during the COVID lockdown.  I’ve tried a lot of new recipes like peach & blueberry upside down cake and a French entremet (that’s the purple dome).  My favorite new bakes include deep dish pizza and yellow cake with raspberry filling and satin icing.  The old standbys like apple pie and gobs (It’s a Pittsburgh thing) continue to please, as well.  If you want the recipe for any of these treats, please reach out to me at  beth@bethbierbower.com
